Our referral process is designed to ensure that individuals in need are connected with the right resources as smoothly as possible. We facilitate referrals from various sources including schools, pupil referral units, families and community organisations, ensuring that our clients receive a tailored approach that meets their unique needs.
Once we receive your referral, here's what to expect:
Initial Contact
A member of our team will call the parent/carer to arrange a first assessment.
Assessment Meeting
We'll meet in a convenient location — this could be at home, in school, or a

Team Review
Our team will review the assessment and carefully match the family with a
staff member best suited to support them.

ensure progress is transparent and collaborative.
